Induction Rutgers Indonesia

At Rutgers Indonesia, we work with partners and individuals who share our vision to create an Indonesia free from violence. Rutgers was originally the World Population Foundation and has been working since 1997. In 2010, WPF merged with Rutgers Nisso and became Rutgers WPF Indonesia. This merger resulted in both organizations having the same goal: Improving the quality of human life and eliminating violence.

To ensure that this organization, which was later named Rutgers WPF Indonesia, can provide benefits to the world community and Indonesia, Rutgers WPF Indonesia works according to its expertise, starting from comprehensive sexuality education, overcoming violence against women and children, providing access to sexual health services and reproduction, to promoting diversity and tolerance.

Our big goal is to create a conducive environment (to get support from the government and the wider community) in realizing an Indonesian society that is free from all forms of violence, fulfilled the rights to sexual health and reproductive rights that are equal and non-discriminatory.

This course provides an introduction to Rutgers Indonesia.
